
These workshops provide the opportunity to learn therapeutic strategies for managing wellbeing in a cost-effective way with other people. The workshops I offer are mainly experiential in nature so you will often be invited to participate in written or meditation-based exercises, as well as being presented with helpful information for understanding and working on the specific topic. I currently run workshops on the themes of Mindset Mastery, Lessening Self-Criticism, Building Confidence and Finding Stillness, Nurturing Wellbeing. Please scroll down for more details on each.
Mindset Mastery Workshop

Feeling stuck in cycles of worry, overthinking, or negative self-talk? This informative workshop is designed to help you gently step out of those patterns and reconnect with a calmer, more focused version of yourself.
Through a series of exercises, you will learn how to create space between you and your thoughts, so they no longer have such a hold over your mood or your day. You’ll discover powerful techniques for shifting your attention away from anxious loops and toward what truly matters in the present.
Grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), a proven, evidence-based approach blending mindfulness and other quick to implement strategies, this workshop offers tools you can start using right away. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed by the past or constantly worried about what’s ahead, you’ll leave with new skills to bring clarity, balance and perspective to your everyday life.

Lessening Self-Criticism Workshop

Do you ever find yourself being your own harshest critic? That relentless inner voice can hold you back, drain your confidence and leave you feeling stuck. This gentle and empowering workshop is designed to help you shift that inner dialogue, and build a kinder, more compassionate relationship with yourself.
Through guided practices and insightful exercises, you’ll begin to understand your inner critic better and learn how to respond with greater patience, empathy and encouragement. Over time, you’ll notice a softening of that critical voice, and a growing ability to support yourself, especially in times of struggle or self-doubt.
This workshop draws from the transformative approach of Compassion Focused Therapy, offering a focused, accessible introduction to reducing self-criticism.

Finding Stillness, Nurturing Wellbeing Workshop

This workshop explores how we can access a place of stillness in this fast-paced, and often stressful, world. It will also look at ways to nurture wellbeing, which can often become depleted with the many responsibilities we have in our lives. The workshop will be based on principles of mindfulness and involve a few experiential practices.
