Who is the 8-week Online Navigating Low Mood and Depression course for?

You do not need a diagnosis to benefit from this course. It may be suitable for you if you’re experiencing some of the following:

  • Persistent low mood (which may include feelings of sadness, emptiness or irritability)
  • Lack of pleasure or interest in activities you previously enjoyed
  • Feeling tired and lacking in energy
  • Struggling with low motivation
  • Finding it difficult to concentrate and remember things
  • Low self-worth
  • Frequent tearfulness, or feeling numb and emotionless
  • Disturbed sleep or sleeping a lot more than normal
  • Having negative thoughts and/or dwelling on the past

This course is intended for people experiencing mild to moderate low mood or depression. If depression feels more severe, or if you are experiencing significant suicidal thoughts, individual support would be more appropriate. I would be happy to help you think about suitable alternatives or sources of support.
