New Year 2020 Day Retreat

Saturday 1st February 2020, 10am – 4pm

Exeter Community Centre

This retreat offers the opportunity to participate in secular meditations, reflect on the past year and think about what’s most important for you in the year to come. The day will provide mindfulness practices and other forms of meditation to facilitate letting go of what you wish to leave behind from the last year and to cultivate greater connection with those around you. It also includes a creative activity to express your intentions for the new year which you can take away with you to act as a reminder of what you wish to focus on during the year.

Guidance will be provided for all practices so the day will be suitable for newcomers to mindfulness and meditation. It also provides an opportunity for those with experience to come together and practice with others. Artistic ability is not necessary to fully participate in this retreat.

Financial investment for the day: £45 which includes a vegetarian lunch and hot and cold beverages.
